I Will Take Some of That – The Woman At The Well’s Story<\/h2>\n

The fourth chapter of John tells of an encounter between Jesus and a Samaritan woman. This encounter is full of ironies and what people of that day would have considered taboo. One thing it lacks, however, is coincidence. But then, nothing is a coincidence where Jesus is concerned.<\/p>\n

The Woman at the Well’s Story<\/strong><\/p>\n

She has no name. She is considered an outcast and undesirable by the Israelite people. She is the last person the disciples would have expected Jesus to spend time with while they were out rounding up something to eat.<\/p>\n
