Stress
Stress may be defined as psychological, physical, or emotional strain associated with your circumstances. The Bible tells us that on one occasion, Moses was stressed by the burdens of the Israelites, and so he spoke with God.
Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. (Philippians 4:8).

But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint. (Isaiah 40:31).
Sexual Purity
We are living in an age where people are preoccupied with sex. In fact, sex sells at almost every turn. Most advertisements contain sexual innuendos.

Furthermore, there are mixed messages regarding sexual perversion in our society. As a result, it can be challenging to remain sexually pure.
But thanks be to God, his word clearly tells us how to live a life of sexual purity.
Adultery
Can a man walk on hot coals without his feet being scorched? So is he who sleeps with another man’s wife; no one who touches her will go unpunished. (Proverbs 6:28-29).

Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous. (Hebrews 13:4).
Homosexuality
For this reason, God gave them up to dishonorable passions. For their women exchanged natural relations for those that are contrary to nature; and the men likewise gave up natural relations with
You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination. (Leviticus 18:22).

Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality. (1 Corinthians 6:9).
Fornication
Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body. (1 Corinthians 6:18).
To the unmarried and the widows, I say that it is good for them to remain single as I am. But if they cannot exercise self-control, they should marry. For it is better to marry than to burn with passion. (1 Corinthians 7:8-9).
But sexual immorality and all impurity or covetousness must not even be named among you, as is proper among saints. (Ephesians 5:3).
Bestiality
And you shall not lie with any animal and so make yourself unclean with it, neither shall any woman give herself to an animal to lie with it: it is perversion. (Leviticus 18:23).
Managing sexual immorality
No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation, he will also provide a way of escape, so that you may be able to endure it. (1 Corinthians 10:13).

What shall we say then? Are we to continue in sin that grace may abound? By no means! How can we who died to sin still live in it? (Romans 6:1-2).
